This recipe is so yum and so healthy! Ingredients: 250ml Full Cream Milk 150ml Double Thich Yoghurt 3 Strings of Saffron Pinch of Cardamon 1 Mango 1 Tbsp Honey (Optional) Add all ingredients together and blend away. Ps: Top with mint for that refreshing look. Enjoy!
