Dairy Free Berry Smoothie

I always seem to have a hard time making smoothies with no dairy. I always felt like milk and yogurt gave it that extra richness. This morning I tried something different. This is a completely dairy free smoothie and the result was amazing. Very refreshing and filling. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did. 20170130_094657

Ingredients: 

  • 1 Apple cut into Chunks
  • 1/2 Cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 Cup Raspberries
  • 1 Banana cut into chunks
  • 3/4 Cup of Water

Blend all together and enjoy!
