Mango and Berry

One of my favorites so far. Very tasty and nutritious!WhatsApp Image 2017-01-26 at 08.15.12.jpeg

Ingredients:

  • ½ Mango cut into chunks
  • ½ Glass Raspberries
  • 1 Tbsp Flaxseed
  • 1 Tbsp Sunflower Seeds
  • ½ Cup Double Thick Yoghurt
  • 1 Cup Milk

Blend all ingredients together.

Enjoy!
