Handful of Kale
1 Apple cut into cubes
3 Slices of Ginger
1 Tspn Honey
Soak green tea with 3 slices of ginger in warm water and allow to cool down.
Take spinach, kale, celery, and apple and place in blender.
Remove teabag and add cooled green tea & ginger slices, as well as 1 tspn honey to blender and blend.
