A very easy to make soup for those cold days.
500g Chicken Fillet cut into cubes
1 Onion Chopped finely
1 Tbspn Butter
250ml Fresh Cream
1 Tspn Salt
½ Tspn Tumeric
1 Tspn Chilli Powder
1 Tspn Cayenne Pepper (Optional, for that extra kick)
Braise onion and garlic in 1 Tbspn of butter until golden brown.
Take cut chicken fillet cubes and add to onion and cook until chicken turns white.
Add 1 tub of fresh cream, sweetcorn, salt, turmeric, chilli powder and cayenne pepper. You can add the milk at this point depending on how thick you would like it.
Cook for tin minutes.
Add a handful of chopped cilantro and cook for another 5 to 10 mins.
