Mashed Banana with Chia Seeds – Dairy Free

This recipe is mainly for those that cant stand the taste of  coconut milk and dairy.
The recipe might seem tasteless at first as it uses water, but with the banana mashed into the water and all the fruits added it doesn’t taste that bad at all.

Ingredients: 
1/2 Mango Chopped up
Handful of Blueberries
1 Large Banana
1/4 Cup Water
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

Method:
Mash the banana and water together in a bowl.
Add chia seeds and fruits.
Allow to set for 30 mins.
