This is a great healthy breakfast meal to start the day, especially for those that love coconut.
Coconut Shavings (Optional)
Handful of grapes cut in half’s
1 Chopped up Banana
1 Handful of Blueberries
1 Tsp Chia Seeds
¼ Cup Coconut Milk
In a bowl add coconut milk and chia seeds together and allow to set for 30mins.
Add all fruits into bowl and top with coconut shavings.
Tip: You can prepare the coconut milk and chia seeds the night before and add the fruits in the morning.
