Try out Shafeeqah’s tasty creamy garlic prawn recipe. Very easy to make and can be made for supper or lunch.
800g King Prawns
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
2 Tbsps. Garlic Butter
Pinch of Salt
250ml Fresh Cream
Fish and Prawn Marinade (Used Amina’s Fish and Prawn Marinade)
Chop the onion finely and braise in pot with garlic butter.
Add the fish and prawn marinade, pinch of salt, lemon juice and fresh cream and allow to cook for 10mins.
Now add the prawns and cook for 5mins and add chopped parsley.
Allow to cook for another 5 to 10mins.
Serve with yellow rice and salads.
