This is a very easy to make meatball recipe. Can be made in advanced and frozen to be used at a later stage as well.
Bunch of Cilantro
1 Shallot (Optional)
1 Green Pepper
¼ Tsp Crushed Chilies
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
1 Heaped Tsp Coriander Spice
1 Heaped Tsp Cumin
1 Tbsp Garlic
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Black Pepper
¼ Tsp Paprika
Drain mince in strainer to get rid of any excess water.
Cut onion, shallot, green pepper, tomato and cilantro finely and add to a bowl.
You can now add the mince to the bowl with bread crumbs, garlic and all spices.
Using your hands, mix all ingredients together until they are completely blended.
You can now roll them into balls and put in fridge for about 5 – 10 mins to set.
Once done you can either fry them in oil or put them into the oven to bake.
Top with some coriander.
Can be made in bite size and used as a party snack.
