I always seem to be running out of ideas for what to have for lunch. Processed meats always just seem to be so convenient however they are extremely bad for you.
These pan fried chicken strips are so easy to make and are great to use for salads, burgers or healthy sandwiches. I made some and used it to make a very appetizing salad (See Picture)
500g Chicken Fillet Breast
½ Heaped Tsp Coriander
1 Tsp Black Pepper
½ Tsp Salt
Dried Parsley/Mixed Herbs
¼ Tsp Crushed Chilies
¼ Tsp Cayenne Pepper
15ml Avocado Oil
Cut chicken breast into strips.
Add avocado oil to a non-stick pan and once pan is hot add cut chicken breast.
Add spices and to chicken breast and allow to fry for 15 – 20 mins until chicken is fully cooked.
Leave to cool or serve warm.
