Kiwiseed Smoothie

A yummy refreshing smoothie to keep you feeling fuller for longer. 

 

Ingredients;
1 Tsp Chia Seeds
1 Tsp Flaxseed
2 Kiwi’s Chopped
1 Banana Broken into chunks
1/2 Cup of Double Thick Yogurt
1 Cup Milk
Mint
Method: 
Blend kiwi, banana, yogurt and milk together.
When finished blended add flaxseeds and chia seeds and stir.
Wait for about 10 – 20 mins until chia seeds have swelled. 
Top with some mint.
