Looking for a filling smoothie for the morning. This should do the trick. Not only is it tasty but it also keeps you fuller for longer.
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1/4 Cup of Frozen of Fresh Raspberries
1/2 Cup of Double Thick Yogurt
1 Banana Broken into chunks
1 Cup Milk
Blend raspberries, banana, yogurt and milk together.
When finished blended add chia seeds and stir.
Wait for about 10 – 20 mins until seeds have swelled.
Top with some kiwi slices.
