Chia Pudding Breakfast

This is a very tasty and nutritious breakfast. Not only will it keep you full for long but its very healthy!
 
 
Ingredients:
 
¼ Cup Raspberries
¼ Cup Blueberries
½ Cut Mango (This helps with adding a bit of natural sweetness. Can substitute for a banana)
¼ Cup Seed Mix (Any seeds of choice can be used. I used a seed mix)
2 Tbsps Chia Seeds
½ Cup Coconut Milk/Cream
Method:
Soak chia seeds in coconut milk or cream for about 30min in fridge.
Once seeds have swelled up add mango, raspberries, blueberries and top with seed mix.
Ps: Lots of people don’t like the taste of coconut anything! This can be replaced with double thick yogurt.
