Try Shafeeqah’s awesome healthy Cabbage and Mushroom Risotto meal. Great to serve as a side or on its own.
½ Tsp Himalayan Salt
2 Tspn Cayenne Pepper
1 Tspn Black Ground Pepper
1 Punnet of Mushrooms
1 Chopped onion
1/4 Of a Whole Cabbage
250ml Coconut Milk or Fresh Cream
15ml Olive/Coconut Oil
Saute chopped onion, mushrooms and chilli in coconut oil/olive oil.
Add Himalayan salt, cayenne pepper, black pepper and chopped cabbage and let simmer a bit to get soft.
Then add coconut milk or fresh cream and let cook for 10 mins.
