Looking for a filling smoothie for the morning. This should do the trick. Not only is it tasty but it also keeps you fuller for longer.
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1/4 Cup of Frozen of Fresh Berries
1/2 Cup of Double Thick Yogurt
1 Banana Broken into chunks
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
1 Cup Milk
Blend berries, banana, yogurt, vanilla essence and milk together.
When finished blended add chia seeds and stir.
Wait for about 10 – 20 mins until seeds have swelled.
