Healthy Calamari Salad

I’m always looking for ideas to try and make my salads a bit more exciting. I found that adding some calamari pieces makes it taste amazingly awesome.
(When making this salad I usually find that it can serve about 2 or more people)
For The Calamari:
Calamari Steaks cut into piece (2 Steaks)
Olive Oil
Mixed Herbs
Salt
Pepper
Marinade calamari steaks in olive oil, mixed herbs, salt and pepper.
Then fry in pan. Be careful not to over fry.
Set Aside.
For The Salad:
1 Apple cut into pieces
Cocktail Tomatoes
Lettuce
Half of a Red Pepper cut into pieces
Cucumber
Some Feta Cheese
Combine everything in a bowl and enjoy a lovely refreshing salad.

 

PS: Some fish shops sell the calamari steak strips in small packets making it very convenient for a small lunch.
