One of the difficulties of trying to be healthy is staying away from fizzy and sugary drinks. I still somehow just wanted to taste the fizz.
I then tried sparkling water and it wasn’t bad at all. When infused with some fruit it tastes even better.
All I did was add some orange and lemon pieces with a little of the juice with some mint leaves. Left for like 30mins to infuse and it tasted amazing. A great way to add some life to boring water!
Really enjoyed it and will be making it regularly.
NB: Did you know that one glass of apple juice has around 7 teaspoons of sugar in it?
